The Skullsmashers and the Fox have returned defeated telling tales of their victory against the Dirty Knife and their subsequent loss against the necromantic wastes that houses a tribe called the Rotting. The expansion of territory by the Rotting is believed to be the cause of the Dirty Knife’s attempt to conquer Skullsmasher land. Fox scouts report the Rotting has followed them home to Dragon’s Hearth. All citizens of Dragon's Hearth are warned to take precautions against encroaching undead.

I seek a liaison with the Skullsmashers and The Fox. If need be, I can navigate the tribal diplomacy to communicate with them, but would prefer someone who is more experienced in speaking with tribes, especially with these two. I would like to gain more information about the encroaching undead.
Is there someone who might be able to assist The House in this matter?
