(It is intended that this roleplay thread takes place at the Alloway farm, just outside of Aranhod. If your character shows up to listen, we would be able to see you inside of the house, so please announce your actions if you show up. The farm is mostly dirt with a large pile of rocks off to one side of the field. There is a rickedy old barn outside. Inside the house it is warm and cozy but not as "homey" as you would suspect from Elowen -- it's actually slightly more utilitarian than you'd expect. The kitchen has lots of herbs that look almost like alchemical ingredients and there is a cellar door behind a bookcase that has four intricate locks on it.)
Elowen wipes her hands on her apron and sits down. "Now what's all this 'bout this early summer we're havin'? This baby's already makin' my mind go wild and it's only been a little while since I seen y'all. You gotta help me keep this straight. Now the first night y'all came into town...you met some Sky Elf and then...some blue flowers and a rampagin' Skar -- he's really a nice fella, don't let him trick you and then the blood pools and...you know what....y'all just better start from the beginnin'. And don't leave out the part 'bout gettin' Raelyn back, neither."

*Taking a seat and resting his helm on his lap, Digby nestles down comfortably.*
"Good evening Elowen! Thank you for your hospitality. I'll start from what I remember, at the beginning. Early summer's a good way of putting it, though, seeing how hot it was. The sky was like magma, and from it strange creatures came. Flaming animals of all kinds, from little fire raccoons to a dripping lava bear. The night was spent combating these creatures, and fire elementals to boot. In all this, Raelyn returned to us from the fire god that captured her! She was able to escape with help through dreams, a trial which was no doubt grueling. And those who aided her in that endeavor, we are very grateful.
In the morning, several of us helped Bowen put together some rune tablets, with which we could ward off elementals that came near the farm. Some others contributed some seed to the farm. We hope that was of some help, by the way!
I won't hog the story, though! There's much more, especially the flower arrangement. That was interesting to say the least!"

Elowen always liked raccoon, because they're just like big cats and like to rummage around at night. She waves at the raccoon, pours a bowl of warm milk and slips it outside the window, leaving it cracked just a bit in case it wants to come in or listen in. She takes some bread out of her dutch oven and places it on the table with jelly and butter, right next to an overflowing bowl of candied fruit.
"Yer very polite, Digby, yer mama must have taught you right. Eat up some so you have a mouthful when others get to talkin'. And go round up those Red Oak folks of yers, make sure they get some supper and story."

Yep, you all were a big help with the placement of those runes. With the Tavern and the shelter already warded, we decided to ward the storm cellar at the farm to give folks a chance for another spot if we run into trouble.
Later, we got to talk to the Master of the WInd. He transformed us all what didn't already have transforms into air elemental versions of ourselves. That was somethin', let me tell you. Never before have I been so light on my feet and my body reacted to my instincts lettin' me avoid all sorts of strikes. We needed all the help we could get too. Quick Wit led us into the Master of the Volcano's Grove. After a battle that was quite the cluster-f...owl, we were able to purify her Grove. That means that if the Master of the Volcano steps foot into her Grove, she will be purified of corruption. Also, it means that she is unable to regain any power, so while she is still a formidable foe, her strength is finite. It was a major victory.
Also, we thought we lost Raelyn again so soon. After falling in battle once, we had the option of going in or not once for free. If we should perish, we would be dead. With that little tyke in Elowen's womb, I had more to think about goin' back, so I had decided that I wasn't going in for a second run at the Master of the Volcano. That was until Berry showed up sayin' that Raelyn had fallen and was dyin'. She has her own Dream Knight transform now, so she wasn't gifted with the same blessing that the Master of the Wind gave us. We gathered our courage and made a strategy to go in and get Raelyn. As we charged for her, the other succeeded in purifyin' the Grove, so we ended up havin' nothing to worry about. It sure was a tense few moments though. Told ya, we'd always be comin' to protect our own.
We got a real friend in that Master of the Wind guy. He's good folk.

The raccoon on the sill sniffs the bowl of steaming milk, looks through the glass at Elowen continuing her conversation with the two men, and begins to drink happily. Finally it lifts the bowl, laps the final drops, and then sets the bowl back on the sill and scoots it under the sill before streching and crawling through the crack and landing on the counter. The raccoon then flops onto the floor and waddles over to Elowen's feet. It looks up, chirps, and sets down its river rock on the floor. Then it waddles back over to the counter, jumps up, waddles to the cupboard, jumps up, then walks a couple circle, and settles down to oversee the going-ons and conversation of the people below.

Elowen pats the little raccoon on the head and picks up the river rock, turning it over in her hand.

*Sleye walks in calmly* Hellos Elowen. I herd you wanted to understand all that happened not too long ago. *sits down and reaches into his pouch and pulls out a handful of blueberries and starts snacking* If anyone wants any just ask. I found me some spots that berries grow so I can gets some more.
*munches on some blueberries*
As for the summer issue and the havocs everyone delt with, that I don't know much about. On the trip into town, I got mighty sick. So I was AWOL for many proportions and I apologize. But I was ables to gather some strength and come to aid a littles. During that time, we were getting bombarded by living stone, as well as many firey animals and beasts. We had a very good tactic to which half the team, mainly casters, were beating away the fires, and the fighters and rouges were thrashing with the stone. As the stone bombardment seemed to cease a massive and powerful magmic ape came out of the woodworks and started dealing massive damages to the weakened. But we were able to restrict it and take it down swiftly.
*munches on some blueberries*
After that I went to kira to talk about a personal goal that she had an answers for. During our conversation we helped seals up and learns about some bad blood.
*munches on some blueberries*
Soon after, I joined a massives raiding party and we went to the fey's woods to get somes flowers and thus encountered some spirits that made us dance for one and a tree that grews the other, which we snatched that one rights off of it. When everyone got back, me, Kira, and Neko wents with Wit to talk to a grove guy about our paths, ands I'm going to be in touch with him about mine.
*munches on some blueberries*
When we got back everyone gots set up to purify a grove. By this time it had gottens cold cold and my sickness shut me down so I retreated to recover and whens I awoke everyone was sleeping around me. So I belives they were successful.
And thats my story.
*Keeps munching on blueberries*

The raccoon resting nestled atop the cupboard chirps at the fox. It makes a big show of streching, leaps down to the counter, and then down to the floor. On all fours it waddles across the floor to the new arrival in the midst of his tale. At the new-comers side, it pulls itself up to hind legs by the brim of his blueberry bag and peers inside.
